Banana Island Resort by Anantara
Banana Island Resort will host guests at their Azraq restaurant for Iftar and Sohour, with an array of international cuisine, live cooking stations, specialty beverages, and sweets and desserts.
As part of the celebrations for the Global Wellness Day that falls on 11 June which occurs this year during the Holy Month, the Wellness center will be dressed up to welcome resident and non-resident guests with a special designed slimming program. The Sultan’s Ramadan Tent returns to W Doha with a special feature food station, The Art of Mezza by Michelin-starred chef/author Greg Malouf, who is coming to Doha for the first time. The Modern Middle Eastern Master’s food reflects his deep connection with his Lebanese heritage as well as inspiration from his extensive travels around the Middle East. A selection of his books and spices will also be available for sale at the station.
Guests can look forward to a unique brand of contemporary Middle Eastern food on Malouf’s Mezza serving dishes such as: Scottish Salmon ‘Tarator Style’. Freekeh with wild mushrooms and slow cooked Baharat lamb. Hazelnut falafel with marinated Greek feta cheese and jou jou bread. Chicken in Saj with Sumac Onions.
