Hilton Doha are celebrating the arrival of Celebrity Chef Simon Chen San Wen with a special Malaysian Food Festival – inspired by Chef Simon’s culinary achievements. He was awarded ‘Best Casual Dining Restaurant Award’ from Caterer Middle East for his previous restaurant – we are looking forward to some authentic Malaysian cooking and great flavour combinations.
The dining team at Trader Vics Doha will showcase a few Malaysian culinary favourites including Chicken Satay, Buttery Prawns and Beef Rendang (check out the menu and prices below). The event starts tonight and will run until Saturday 26th September 2015.
