WHAT TO EXPECT:

Cuisines of the World:

Last year there were over 55 food kiosks covering international food from meat dishes to desserts from many of Qatar’s restaurants and hotels – you can expect more of the same this time around.

Qatar-Turkey Cultural Zone:

Qatar Museum will be bringing a zone filled with the traditional cuisines of both Qatar and Turkey – check it out for a taste extravaganza.

Dinner in the Sky:

Qatar Airways have arranged a spectacular gourmet food experience with amazing views of Doha’s cityscape from 60m in the air. It was a popular attraction last year despite the windy weather. Try Afternoon Tea (2-5pm) at QR 250 per person or Evening Dinner (5-10pm) at QR 500 per person.

Delicious Dhow Cruise:

Dine on-board a traditional Dhow, admire the Doha skyline, and enjoy a menu of either Afternoon Tea or Evening Buffet with live barbecue as catered for by Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels. The Afternoon Tea cruise (QR 25 per person) will be every 30 minutes from 2pm – 5.30pm, whilst the Dinner Cruise (QR 70 per person) will be at 6.30pm and 8pm.

BBQ on the Bay:

The Diplomatic Club’s floating ‘BBQ Doughnut’ can hold 8 guests and provides barbequed delights. You can enjoy Afternoon Tea for QR 50 per person (1 – 5pm), or Dinner for QR 250 per person (5-10pm).

OTHER EVENTS: Homemade Gourmet Market, Live Cooking Theatre, Amateur Chef Competition, Ice Carving Competition, Guinness World Record Attempt for Margooga, High Tea.

Qatar Eating is looking forward to the food show and the amazing food options that will be available during the five days of the festival.
