The run up to the festive period has started with American Thanksgiving at the end of November, which will be followed by Xmas celebrations in Doha.

You also have the option of jazzing up your private celebrations by ordering a turkey-to-go. Hotels around Doha offer the service of preparing a turkey with all the trimmings for your special event.
If you decide to go down the route of ordering your turkey, be sure to order at least 48 hours in advance of the time you wish to collect the turkey (however some venues may take bookings 72 hours in advance).
Most venues also require bookings for takeaway turkeys to be paid fully in advance, so be sure to double-check all the conditions for this service.
