You should check out the Master Classes being held by some of the finest chefs in Qatar. The culinary team at IDAM restaurant will be showcasing a few of their latest recipes.
There are two sessions currently planned for the new season which will be held in IDAM’s kitchens, which are helmed by Executive Chef Damien Leroux.
Head Pastry Chef Benoit Champeau will be highlighting fruits on Friday 22nd September. The following Friday IDAM’s Sous-Chef Pierre Marty will put the spotlight firmly on fish.

Guests can expect a fantastic insight into the world of professional cooking, with the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about haute cuisine. After the chefs prepare the dishes, the guests will have an opportunity to sample the new dishes.
It’s the perfect way to introduce yourself to the IDAM brand, which focuses on fresh, seasonal dishes with an Arabic twist to the food.
Master Class of Haute Cuisine, IDAM Restaurant
To attend any of the cooking demonstrations you must book directly with IDAM restaurant. Each session costs QAR 500 for a three hour Master Class, a booklet, and an apron. It also features exclusive tasting of the dishes that have prepared by the Chefs.
Friday 13th October 2:00 – 5:00pm: Low sugar by Head Pastry Chef Benoit Champeau.
Friday 20th October 2:00 – 5:00pm: Lamb by Sous-Chef Pierre Marty
Friday 10th of November 2:00 – 5:00pm: ABC of Cakes with our Head Pastry Chef Benoit Champeau
Friday 17th of November 2:00 – 5:00pm: IDAM signature dishes with Sous-Chef Pierre Marty

Friday 9th of March 2:00 – 5:00pm: Vegetarian & Seasonal product to welcome the spring
Friday 16th of March 2:00 – 5:00pm: Special QIFF 2018 master class. A ‘different side of food’ on bakery and sweet recipes.
Friday 23rd of March 2:00 – 5:00pm:: Local fish and raw food. All recipes with an Arabic twist.
